Governance Practices

  • 4 out of 6 (66.7%) of the Board members are independent directors.
  • 2 out of 6 (33.3%) of the Board members are female directors.
  • Established an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.
  • A Whistleblowing Policy encourages reporting of unethical & unlawful behaviour.
